Delete Your FishXP Account

You can request permanent deletion of your FishXP account and associated personal data. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete your account.

Delete inside FishXP

Open FishXP and go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the confirmation, then complete the deletion request. This in-app option will be available in the public release.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email karl@lfgdigitalllc.com with the subject “FishXP Account Deletion.” Send the request from the email associated with your FishXP account. If you used Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, include the Apple relay email shown for FishXP in your Apple ID settings. We may request limited verification before deleting data.

What will be deleted

Your profile, account identifiers, catch history, private catch locations, uploaded catch photos, XP, collection progress, badges, streaks, leaderboard records linked to you, and active tournament entries will be deleted or de-identified.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Public competition results may be de-identified to preserve historical standings. Apple retains App Store purchase records under Apple’s own policies.

Timing and consequences

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before routine deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active FishXP Pro subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple; deleting your FishXP account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
